Once an order has been processed and handed over to the courier,

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
FoAé will not be liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Any re-delivery or re-shipping costs incurred due to address errors
will be borne by the customer.
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost,
please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the courier.
FoAé is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed
over to the courier, but we will do our best to support you.
