• International shipping: 5–14 business days after dispatch

FoAé is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated
by the courier system.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
FoAé will not be liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Any re-delivery or re-shipping costs incurred due to address errors
will be borne by the customer.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost,
please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the courier.
FoAé is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed
over to the courier, but we will do our best to support you.
