1. General Policy
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, all fragrance products sold by FoAé are generally
non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may only be accepted under the following circumstances:
• You received the wrong item
• The item arrived damaged during delivery
• The product arrived defective or leaking
To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for faster processing. All return requests must still be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please provide the following information:
• Order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• A short description of the problem
Requests submitted after the reporting window may not be eligible for return or refund.
4. Return Authorization
All returns must be reviewed and approved by the FoAé support team before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
5. Refunds
If a return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by FoAé.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
Requests for exchanges due to change of scent preference, size preference, or personal taste
cannot be accommodated.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened or used fragrance products
• Items not in original packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Promotional, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective)
8. Return Shipping
FoAé will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to an incorrect item or a verified product defect.
In other approved return cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.
9. Policy Updates
FoAé reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once published on this page.
