Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrance products sold by FoAé are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• You received an incorrect item
• You received a damaged or defective item upon delivery

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

3. Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

4. Return Process

Once your request is approved, our team will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

FoAé reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after verification.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable for incorrect or defective items. Requests for change of scent, size, or preference are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used fragrance products
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)

8. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs will be covered by FoAé only if the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item).

In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
